SEAL America -- Day 317

SEAL America -- Week Forty-Five

Providence, RI -- we were welcomed by several groups of committed American Christians. The State Rep for the National Day of Prayer was present. The Rhode Island NDP had just finished a week of scripture reading at the Capitol, and were excited that they were able to SEAL their efforts by sharing communion at the SEAL America Rhode Island event with other believers.

Shirley Dobson, Chairman of National Day of Prayer, at the National Prayer Summit, encouraged the NDP Reps to do everything they can to support SEAL America, during our final weeks, as we move towards our Victory Rally and National Communion in Washington DC.

Presidential Proclamation: A personal friend of President Bush has taken the task of requesting a Presidential Proclamation for SEAL America's Day of National Communion. Keep this in your prayers. It will be a legacy for his Presidency and a step closer to spiritual unity in our country. You can help by signing our proclamation petition (see sidebar).

Hartford, Connicut: Event Forty-five is next Saturday, at 11:23 AM, as usual. Contact your friendsin the Hartford area and urge them attend their communion service at their State Capitol.

Washington DC Countdown: Six weeks! Make plans to attend, and encourage all your friends to attend this historic National Communion Service, December 20, 11:23 AM, Upper Senate Park, Capitol Ave, Washington DC. -- Info:

SEAL America -- Day 231

SEAL America -- Week Thirty-Three
Lincoln, Nebraska

Believers Link Arms

Last Saturday we stood with a group of believing-believers upon the North steps of the Nebraska State Capitol in Lincoln, Nebraska. Two primary groups extended the hand of fellowship to the SEAL America Campaign: The Nebraska House of Prayer, and the Nebraska Family Council (NFC).

Alan Ribowski and Karen Bowling lead a prayer walk through the Nebraska State Capitol every month. Our host, Karen Bowling, who works with NFC Director, Alan Ribowski, invited us to join the Lincoln Intercessors Network Connection (LINK), on their prayer walk. They volunteered to begin and en their event earlier than usual so their people could participate in the SEAL America Communion Service.

Lisa Crump, of National Day of Prayer, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, introduced Karen Bowling to SEAL America… that’s how things work in the Kingdom – Divine connections!

Lincoln was encouraging, because we found Christians who have put legs on their prayers. They are actively praying for their government, and making their influence known. Nebraska voters and legislators made national news recently, when the state passed a landmark bill that clearly defines marriage as the union of one man and one woman. The bill was hotly contested. However, all the justices of the Twelfth District Federal Court of Appeals unanimously upheld the constitutionality of the legislation. The NFC played a significant role in the passing of the DOW legislation.

Divine Aliances

Lisa Crump -- National Day of Prayer

No organization has surpassed the National Day of Prayer in strategic support for SEAL America. We were joined at the Colorado State Capitol by Lisa Crump, from Colorado Springs, Colorado, the Senior manager for the NDP Coordinator Network. Lisa works closely with Mrs. Shirley Dobson, the leader of the National day of Prayer Task Force, and the NDP Regional and State Coordinators.

SEAL America has had the priviledge of meeting and working with several NDP Regional Coordinators, such as Sarah Lowe, Linda Stone, and others. We congratulate Mrs. Dobson: She has selected Coordinators who represent the Lord and NDP well.

My wife and I instantly felt a heart-connection with Lisa. She's a dedicated servant-leader, who beams with love and bubbles over with enthusiasm. Lisa participated in every aspect of the communion service at the Colorado State House: read scriptures, prayed prayers, anointed the building, encouraged the saints... Afterwards our friendship was cemented with a meal and edifying conversation (and lots of laughter).

Our prayers and thoughts are with National Day of Prayer -- a bright light in the spiritual landscape of America.

SEAL America -- Day 195

SEAL America -- Event Twenty-Eight
Denver, Colorado

Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate. (Heb 13:12)

Once, kings sat at judgement at the gate of the city, and criminals were punished outside of the gates. Jesus, the King of Kings, was taken outside of the gates of the city, and punished as a criminal. Today, as we celebrated the Body and the Blood of Christ, Jesus was invited back to the gate of the city.

Today, there are many who try to keep Jesus outside of the gates of the city. Saturday, we invited Jesus into the gate of Colorado -- the Colorado State House. Think about what this means.

If you've been following SEAL America, then you know that we are on schedule -- twenty eight capitols have been consecrated in the past twenty eight weeks. It is impossible to measure the importance that these communion services are having upon America.

My wife, Loretta, flew to Denver to participate in the historic, Colorado Communion Service. We were also joined by Linda and Don, from Tulsa, by Lisa Crump, of the National Day of Prayer, and by believers and intercessors from Colorado.

Twenty-eight states have been joined by the blood of Jesus. In just twenty-three weeks all of the State Capitols of America will have been joined by the Blood of Jesus. These dry bones will live again!

Join with us in communion from your home, or church, every Saturday morning. 2008 is our year of National Communion.

If you are an intercessor, contact us right away. We will enroll you on our special intercessors list, and we will begin sharing prayer requests and prayer reports with you.

If you have contacts in Wyoming or Montana, please tell them about SEAL America, ASAP.

SEAL America -- Day 170

Christian Love -- Olympia, Washington

My dear friend, you are acting faithfully in all your behaviour towards the brethren, even when they are strangers to you. They have testified, in the presence of the Church, to your love; and you will do well to help them on their journey in a manner worthy of your fellowship with God. (3Jn 1:5-6)

Some spots are brighter than others: A small group of believing-believers in Olympia refreshed my soul. Exepriences such as this make this campaign worthwhile. Representatives of the Christian Coalition of Washington, the National day of Prayer, and Daniel House, opened their hearts, their homes, and their wallets to me and to the SEAL America Campaign.

Acknowledgments: Rick and Jill Forcier, of the Christian Coalition, and their helpful assistant Kathryn. Also, I wish to acknowledge Phil, Kathie, Mike, Danita, Ken, Lynn... and others to numerous to list here. Thank you for your love and friendship. You personify the servant-leaders of the New Testament church. The doors that you opened for me in Alaska, Idaho, and Washington DC will facilitate the historic SEAL America Campaign. I especially was honored to attend the Daniel House Directors meeting in Ken and Lynn's home.

You are all in my prayers (I hope to see some of you in New England this fall, during your American Heritage Tour).

A word about Daniel House: Daniel House was birthed in the heart of Kathie Kassidy and friends. They acquired and furnished a prayer-house adjacent to the Capitol -- a place of prayer, open to God's people, and a safe haven where State Legislators can find respite from the rigors of government.

A personal word: Rick, thank you for your companionship and kindness. You and Jill blessed me beyond words. I believe others will follow your example, and bless the SEAL America Campaign.

Blessings -- Ambassador Larry Huggins

SEAL America -- Day 100

Personal Reflections:

Today marks day one-hundred of the SEAL America campaign -- National Communion 2008. I have many thoughts. It's a paradox, but it seems a long time that passed quickly. It is a long time to be on the road, away from the comforts of home -- but the speed at which we work makes the days pass quickly.

In th past one-hundred days I've had my shares of temptations, tests and trials; but never have I doubted the importance of the SEAL America assignment. This might be the first time in the history of America that believers have gathered at every state capitol, plus Washington DC, for the sole purpose of holding communion services -- in a fifty-one week period! That must be a record. I might be the first individual who has gone to all fifty state capitols, plus Washington DC, to have communion, in a fifty-one week period. I'm honored to do it.

We've traveled about eight-thousand miles. However, we yet have a long road ahead of us. Before this campaign is over I estimate that I will travel the equivalent of twice around the earth. We yet have thirty seven events to go, and we have 265 more days to make it happen.

A lot has happened in one hundred days. We've told our story thousands of times -- to individuals, to groups, by the Internet, by e-mail, by TV and Radio, and in print. Finally, we are beginning to see things come back to us. We are beginning to receive inbound calls, and in our outbound calls we are beginning to hear more people say, "Oh we've already heard about SEAL America.

Also, the finances we need to operate are beginning to come in. So far we haven't met our budget; but we are encouraged, and we expect to reach a break-even point, soon. Then, as additional finances come in, we can expand our campaign.

I don't have space to share what I've learned; but I know a lot more now than I did one-hundred days ago -- On-job-training! It's amazing how quickly we learn when we are thrust into an unfamiliar environment. No one has ever held a National Communion campaign exactly like SEAL America. Thank God for His word and the Holy Spirit. We are walking by faith.

More than anything, I miss my wife, Loretta. We have seen one another twice this year. This past week, we were disappointed that she couldn't attend the Arkansas event. However, we hope to meet in Texas, on the eghteenth. We will have about three days together. Then we will meet again in Oklahoma City. We are praying that God will make a way for us to see one another at least once a month.

In the last week of May, we will SEAL Honolulu, Hawaii. That would be an even greater event if Loretta could meet me there. It won't be a vacation -- we don't have time to sit around --But we could hold hands, have a couple of seafood dinners, and make some memories.

As I think about the next one hundred days, I'm optimistic. If SEAL America continues to expand at the present rate, we should see the beginnings of a ground swell. Here's what we need: more prayer partners (the Devil doesn't want us to anoint the State Houses with the Blood of Jesus). More doors of utterance to open. I must share what we are doing with more and more people, groups, churches, and broadcast audiences. More partners. We need people who, don't just encourage us, but who also will invest in the blessing. Having a strong stream of income will free us to concentrate on the ministry-side of the SEAL America Campaign.

I'm optimistic about the future of The SEAL America Campaign -- national Communion 2008. I am also optimistic about the future of America. We Christians are the majority, and as we stand together, the rest of the nation will take notice, and we will all reap the benefits of living in a land that's been sealed by the Blood. "Happy is the nation whose God is the Lord!"

Please take an active part in this ministry. After all, this is not just my ministry. This is for everyone who hopes for a better America. Sealing the Capitols is a prerequisite to a national spiritual awakening, and you can help make it happen. We are duty-bound to give younger Americans a better America, and SEAL America is a viable way to make America better. "The solution's in the cup!"

SEAL America -- DAY 56

Raleigh, North Carolina -- We had a powerful Communion Event in North Carolina. Each person had a special story as to how the Holy Spirit guided them to the State House last Saturday. We thank God for everyone, especially Diane Daggerheart and Linda Stone.

We were strangers when we arrived, but not when we left. We held hands, prayed, sang songs, made declartations, prayed for rain (it rained the next day), laid our hands on the State House, and prayer-walked around the Capitol Building. The Spirit of Unity was palapable.

Think! We are going to repeat these communion-events in every Capitol in the USA. We are lThis has never been done in the history of America. We are literally covering America with the Blood of Jesus, from the mountains to the oceans white with foam.

We have already driven four-thousand miles, and held services in eight Capitols. There are forty-three capitols remaining, between now and December 20th -- 303 days from now. Much has happened in a brief time. God knows what He has in store for us. I am certain Spiritual Awakening is imminant. The Lord has promised, "The glory of the latter house shall be greater than the former house."

Correspondence

"Seal America rally here in Nashville was really awesome. There were about 200 folks at the rally... Glory to God… He brought in a whole new battalion!!! The service was casual… a few stirring songs, a few remarks to welcome and to focus on Jesus, communion and prayer.. it lasted about one hour. I hope you are able to connect the two efforts…. That will really be powerful!!!"
